I wanted to thank you so much for the Franklin class this morning. It was so enjoyable and the time passed so fast. But what was even more significant was that I could move so much better afterwards and the back muscles felt much easier. The drive home undid a little bit of the benefit but then eased again.Hopefully the benefit will last but at least now I know what exercises can ease the spasm. The Franklin balls and your teaching are magic!

“I have been a member of Margo’s pilates group, which meets on Wednesday mornings at Althorp Centre in Weston, for about two years now. I had never taken an exercise class before so I was not quite sure what to expect. Margo was extremely warm and welcoming, as was the small class that I was joining, so that I felt at home from the outset.
What I especially like is that Margo gives all of us personal attention, checking that we are doing the exercises correctly and adjusting our positions or movements as necessary. She is also very careful to take account of our individual health needs and to tailor exercises accordingly. She is immensely affirming so that there is a real sense of achievement at the end of a class.
