The Franklin Method is a dynamic approach which teaches you how your body is designed to move and how you can use your mind efficiently to produce lasting change towards a happy, healthy body.
My goal is to create happy minds and healthy bodies through the Franklin Method tools using Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery (DNI), which combines knowledge and research from a variety of fields including anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics and neuroscience.
I teach Healthy Spine and Pelvic Power Workshops and include some Franklin Method tools in my Pilates classes.
