Held in the room with a view at Widcombe Social Club, the first Pilates Brunch Club is on Saturday June 11th from 9.30 to 12.15pm. Let’s be kinder to ourselves this year and spend a Saturday morning relaxing, doing some fantastic Pilates and re-energising our bodies with delicious, healthy, freshly prepared food. We will start with some stretching, then a class using small equipment and finish up with some relaxation. An hour and a half exercise will definitely make us ready for some food.
